Trusted advisor to businesses, families and entrepreneurs.
Tom Majcher’s relentless pursuit of results has created successful exit opportunities for over 100 business owners. His knowledge of what works in the real world has been forged on the front lines both as a trusted advisor to scores of companies and as an owner of four companies. His winning moves and rigorous execution have pulled off breakthrough results even when all odds were against him.
Tom learned exit planning and execution on the front lines as an executive for a fifth-generation family business with revenues of $700 million. He changed the game for this 115 year-old family business dealing with contentious family relationships, an obsolete strategy, entrenched management mindsets and cut throat competitors by executing a plan that delivered more than $200 million of hidden value and sale of the company to meet shareholder objectives.
